Chili Con Carne

Equipment

  • Dutch oven or other larger heavy pot

Ingredients
  

  • lb Ground Chicken Orange Door Acres Ground Chicken
  • 2 Medium Yellow Onions diced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper diced
  • 19 oz can of Red Kidney Beans add entire contents of can do not drain
  • 28 oz can of Diced Tomatoes add entire contents of can do not drain
  • 1 small can of Tomato Paste
  • 1 - 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 - 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 - 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Tabasco Sauce more to taste
  • 3 green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground chicken in the Dutch oven. Add the onions and green pepper continue cooking for 10 minutes
  • Add remaining ingredients, turn heat down to a simmer and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours stirring frequently to prevent burning
  • Top with cheese curds and chopped green onions. Serve with your favourite bread and enjoy
