Prosciutto wrapped chicken breasts stuffed with basil pesto
Ingredients
- 3 each Boneless/skinless Chicken breasts
- 1 jar Basil Pesto
- 1 package Prosciutto
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Butterfly the breasts, spread a generous amount of the basil pesto
- Close the breasts and wrap with prosciutto
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Bake 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F
- Serve with your favourite side Enjoy
